A first-time event will be one of Maine’s last trail races of the season.
The inaugural Little Duck 50K and 10K trail races will take place in Windham, Maine on October 26.
The course will follow the Purple Trail at the East Windham Conservation Area. The 50K race requires runners to complete five of the 6.5-mile loops, while the 10K is one loop.
Each loop has roughly 900 feet of elevation gain.
